Everyone agreed that our whole school visit to Wookey Hole Caves on Friday 1st March was an amazing experience. The caves were spectacular and a long way under the ground! We learnt a lot about different types of rock and experienced firsthand, how limestone is eroded by water.
We also enjoyed the many other exciting experiences we had during our visit such as: visiting the paper mill; going into the 4D cinema: enjoying the dinosaur walk as seeing how big many of them actually were, and playing in the soft play area. It was a very special day.
Huge thanks go to the Nunney Makes Christmas team for raising £400 as a contribution to visit costs. Without this support, the visit wouldn’t have been possible.
